We have a range of plans to suit you, either Build Your Own pack including two main dishes & two snacks or shakes or you can select one of our Set Day Plans where we have taken the thinking out of it for you and have designed three day packs targeted for you (light/balance/boost).

What is a Day Pack?
A Day Pack is worth one credit and is made up of two meals and two snacks or shakes - you can add an extra item to your Day Pack too if you wish. To see what's on the menu click here

We created a range of categories to offer you as much choice as possible, so that you get to eat the food you want to eat, the way you want to eat it; whether that be high-carb, low-carb, dairy-free or vegetarian, looking to hit certain calories or macronutrient intake.  
We are constantly evolving our range and adding to it so please email us at with any suggestions or if there's something you’d like to see on offer. 
Build Your Own vs. Set Day Plans
Think of Build Your Own as a la carte, you can create the menu you want; and think of our Set Day Plans as Set Menus, you just select your diet parameters and we’ll create the menu for you! Simple. 
Credits can be used between these at your leisure. 
How long should I sign up for?
You can sign up for as long as you wish, we have designed this to be flexible for you and your lifestyle: you can schedule deliveries when you want and need them, with no unnecessary subscriptions. 
The ideal duration of your plan depends on whether you sign up to lose weight, reach performance goals, or simply to save time while eating well. 
You have 12 months to use your credits so no need to schedule them all at once.

Can I try it before I commit to a longer-term pack?
Yes, you can order a single day pack if you wish! 
Do I have to schedule all of my packs on consecutive days?
No, you can schedule as many or as few packs as you like. Any unscheduled packs will remain on your account for 12 months.
Can I subscribe and receive my packs every week without having to place a new order?
We don't currently have a subscription function but you are able to go into your account and schedule the same Day Packs on the days you want them for as many weeks as you like. 
Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?
You are able to amend or cancel your order - you can amend your order anytime in you Account area. This is possible until midnight two days' before the delivery i.e. midnight on Friday night for a delivery on Monday. 
After which point, do call us on 0207 534 2824 and we'll do our upmost to amend your order for you. If rescheduling a delivery the delivery charge will be automatically refunded to the original payment card. A new payment will then be charged when rescheduled.
What if I don't like something? Can I swap meals or ingredients from meals?
Unfortunately we cannot make changes to our Set Day Plans, these have been carefully constructed to meet the macronutrient guidance stipulated. Though, you do not have to opt for one of our Set Day Plans, you can build your own here

We cannot omit or change any part of our dishes; we create delicious meals that you enjoy! We rely on feedback and are constantly working on menu development so please do get in touch and let us know if you have any feedback, good or bad!

When can I start?
You can choose when to start receiving deliveries, we deliver to you by 7am Monday - Friday. Order before midnight for delivery in two working days' time
(e.g. order by midnight on Friday for a delivery on Monday morning)
We accept all major debit and credit cards including American Express and are working on PayPal which will be available soon.
Please note we do not currently accept Third Space credit as a form of payment online. 
Can I change one of the meals for a snack/shake?
Not currently. A Day Pack is designed to see you through the day with two meals and two snacks/shakes; but you can add an additional item (snack/shake/meal/retail item) to your Day Pack if you wish. 
You can add an additional item to your Day Pack, including additional products from our retail range and the NFF kitchen for example if you wanted an extra meal.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the majority of areas within the M25. You can check via the handy postcode checker on our website here.

How does the delivery work?
Deliveries take place through the night between 10pm - 7am. 
We can deliver to your home or workplace. If you opt for delivery to your workplace, please be sure that we are able to leave your box safely and if your workplace has a nightguard that they are happy to accept delivery on your behalf.
You can either provide our delivery team with a key to access a secure location (preferred) or you can tell us where it will be safe to leave your bag overnight (e.g. behind a wall, in a porch, in a shed etc). 
We can recommend fox and weatherproof storage containers that fit our boxes if you feel this will be required. Email us at for details.
What if I live outside of the delivery area?
We wish we could deliver our freshly prepared meals everywhere, and we are working on expanding our delivery area in the future. Join our mailing list to keep up to date and we’ll let you know as soon as we can get our meals to you.

Why are deliveries overnight?
We deliver overnight to ensure your pack arrives with you by breakfast time (for most!). We deliver using refrigerated vehicles and our packaging has been rigorously tested and is guaranteed to keep it's temperature even when not refrigerated for at least 24-36 hours so you don't need to worry about getting up in the middle of the night to refrigerate your meals!
What if I am not going to be home on my delivery day?
You can change your delivery address up to 48 hours before your delivery - please call us on 0207 534 2824 or email us at  we'll happily deliver your box to an alternative address within our delivery area. Please remember to let us know where you'd like us to leave your box.

If you're going to be out of our delivery area, you can reschedule your delivery up to three days before your delivery.
What do I do with my empty box, liner & ice packs? Are they recyclable?
Please leave your packaging at your delivery spot for collection on your next delivery date and we'll take these away to be reused/recycled. All our packaging is fully recyclable so please do reuse or recycle all materials if you do not have any future deliveries scheduled.
Our meal containers are made from PP plastic which is widely recycled by most local authorities. The containers are also washable and microwavable which make them great to reuse at home! 
Our pots are made of at least 50% recycled material and are fully recyclable. 
We use robust 100% wool insulated cardboard boxes for our deliveries, these provide a highly effective delivery solution that is also sustainable, recyclable and reusable.
Our shake bottles, made from PET, are fully recyclable too.

Can I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery address up to 48 hours before your delivery - you can do this on your Account dashboard or alternatively please call us on 0207 534 2824 or email us at we'll happily deliver your box to an alternative address within our delivery area.  Please remember to let us know where you'd like us to leave your box.
If you're going to be out of our delivery area, you can reschedule your delivery up to 48 hours before your delivery.
If you'd like to change your address permanently going forwards, you can do this in the Personal Information section of your customer account area. 
How do I get my key/fob back at the end of my plan?
If you are not planning on having any further deliveries or if you are moving, please let us know and we will return your key/fob along with your last delivery. Alternatively, we'll happily post it back to you at the end of your plan if preferred.

I have specialised nutritional requirements. Will you cater to my needs?
All of our meals are gluten-free and we have dairy-free and nut-free options available. All allergens are listed on each product description. If you'd like to discuss further, please call us on 0207 534 2824 or email us at
Where is the food made?
We operate out of our brand-new 11,000 square-foot, purpose-built, state of the art Central Production Kitchen in South-West London. 
We have a 5* Food Hygiene Rating and have additional approval from our local council. 
Is the meat halal?
We do not serve halal meat however we do have a range of pescatarian, vegetarian and plant-based options.
Do you use free-range chicken & eggs?
Yes! We use free-range chicken and eggs. It’s important to us that all of our meat is ethically sourced, and our seafood comes from sustainable stocks too. 
Are the ingredients organic?
We don’t use any unnecessary preservatives or additives and we source locally and organically where appropriate.
How long do the meals last?
Delivering fresh delicious meals is the most important thing to us which is why all of our meals are prepared on the same day that we deliver. They can be consumed the following day if preferred, though we do recommend enjoying them on the delivery date to enjoy them at their very best!
All products include a best before date on the packaging. 
Can I freeze the meals?
All meals can be frozen, though freezing does change the composition of some ingredients (such as salad leaves) so we don't recommend freezing these though they will still be safe to eat.
Can my meals be heated up?
All meals have been designed to be eaten cold, however some are equally delicious when heated. 
The trays are microwavable, but the lids & any sauce containers are not. 
How does the 6-week nutrition programme work?
The programme has been designed to support you and your nutrition-based goals. Our registered nutritionist will help you form healthy habits and make choices to support your goal(s).
Throughout the programme you'll be given guidance on your intake as well as learning materials giving you the tools to support your goals 6-weeks and beyond.

Do I have to order day packs to do the nutrition programme?
The nutrition programme is entirely bespoke - designed with you, for you. 
While you may want to include our meals as part of your programme this isn't necessary to sign up. You'll be given plenty of recipe suggestions and meal & snack ideas to support your programme.
Is the nutrition programme a weight loss programme?
Not necessarily. The programme has been designed to suit your goals - be it weight loss, muscle gain, training support or to establish some healthy, sustainable eating habits. We all have individual goals and requirements - nobody is average!
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my online consultation?
All appointments are made in good faith that you will attend, should you need to cancel your appointment you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will incur a £30 cancellation charge.
