We have expanded into home and office delivery as well as a nutrition consultancy. All with one consistent ethos - simplicity, excellent service and fresh, healthy and delicious food.

We prepare a range of delicious, nutritious meals in convenient and easy to understand categories. Whichever pack you choose, you'll get two meals and two snacks/shakes keeping you fuelled throughout the day. We've left dinner up to you - add on a meal or get cooking with one of our recipe suggestions.
Office Delivery
Important meeting or team wellness day?
We are now delivering to your office, to keep you and your team fuelled throughout the day. Additional services include corporate nutrition seminars, working lunches and bespoke working from home classes delivered by Third Space instructors.
